Why
CONTENTUM?

Because security is containment. Every contained attack is a business that keeps running. And every project we make visible lands with the provider who contains it best – not the loudest one.

See. Match. Contain.

01 · Projects

This is where
companies arm up.

Every project is a company building up its IT security or infrastructure right now – and it needs support. The stronger the colour, the more open projects. Whoever gets there first wins.

    02 · Tenders

    Public contracts.
    The clock is ticking.

Authorities, hospitals, utilities and corporations put security and infrastructure out to public tender. We show open deadlines from around the world – from the EU Official Journal (TED) and national procurement portals.

    03 · Why transparency

    The market is there.
    You just can’t see it.

    For companies

Anyone who needs a SOC, pentests or a new network rarely knows more than the three providers who call first. The really good ones stay undiscovered.

    For service providers

Security projects start quietly – as a job ad for a SOC analyst, as a NIS2 obligation, as a tender. Whoever hears too late loses the deal to the loudest competitor, not the best one.

    Our answer

We make every project visible as soon as it emerges and bring it to the providers who deliver exactly that service best.

The best defence should win – not the biggest sales budget.

    04 · How it works

    See. Match.
    Contain.

    1. See

We read public signals – job postings for security and infrastructure roles, regulation such as NIS2 and KRITIS, public tenders – and turn them into projects with a clear service and region.

    2. Match

Each project is matched with the providers who deliver exactly that service – by service, region and certification.

    3. Contain

Companies get the partner who contains the threat. Providers get the project that fits them. No cold outreach on the off chance.

    05 · Services

    Twelve services.
    One line of defence.

    Managed SOC (24/7)

A security operations center monitors network, endpoints, cloud and logs around the clock – and acts before an alert turns into an outage.

    1,236open projects and tenders

    Cloud security

Securing Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and hybrid environments: identities, configuration, access and monitoring.

    579open projects and tenders

    IT security services

Security architecture, firewalls, email protection, awareness and ISMS – the foundation every other defence builds on.

    1,848open projects and tenders

    First response (emergency)

Immediate help during an attack: hotline, first assessment, first containment – in minutes, not days.

    200open projects and tenders

    Incident response & forensics

Analysis, containment and clean-up after an attack – with forensics, evidence preservation and recovery.

    77open projects and tenders

    Managed ransomware resilience

Protection, immutable backups and rehearsed recovery – so ransomware stays an incident and never becomes a crisis.

    676open projects and tenders

    Managed NDR

Network detection & response: spotting anomalies in network traffic, including where no agent runs – OT, IoT, servers.

    206open projects and tenders

    Managed EDR / XDR

Endpoint detection & response as a service: agents on clients and servers, analysts who assess alerts and stop attacks.

    318open projects and tenders

    Managed vulnerability assessment

Find vulnerabilities before attackers do: regular scans, pentests, prioritisation and patch management.

    472open projects and tenders

    Digital infrastructure

Data centre, servers, storage and virtualisation that scale and stay available – on-premises, hybrid or in the cloud.

    1,599open projects and tenders

    Infrastructure consolidation

Fewer sites, fewer systems, lower cost: consolidating and modernising data centres, platforms and contracts.

    174open projects and tenders

    IP network & SD-WAN

LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and SD-WAN for many sites – planned, built and operated, with security inside the network rather than in front of it.

    1,312open projects and tenders

    06 · For providers

    Take the projects
    before your competitors do.

MSSPs, system integrators, incident response teams and pentesters see where their service is needed right now – in their region, in their niche. Whoever is in early dominates their market.

    • Projects by serviceSOC, EDR, NDR, incident response, vulnerabilities, cloud, ransomware, network, infrastructure.
    • First inProjects become visible as they emerge – not once everyone else knows about them.
    • The best winsThe best fit gets the project. Not the loudest.

    07 · Watch or contain

    Without CONTENTUM

    • Projects go to whoever calls first
    • Companies compare three instead of thirty providers
    • Good specialists stay invisible

    With CONTENTUM

    • Every open project and deadline at a glance
    • Providers by service, region and certification
    • The best defence wins the market

In the end, whoever sees the threat first – and acts first – wins.

    Questions and
    answers.

    What is CONTENTUM.COM?

CONTENTUM.COM is a worldwide project market for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. We show open projects – such as managed SOC, endpoint protection, incident response, networks or data centres – and public tenders, and connect companies with the providers who deliver exactly that service best.

    Why is it called CONTENTUM?

Contentum is Latin for “contained”. Containment is the core of every defence: a contained attack is a business that keeps running. That is what we match projects and providers for.

Where do the projects come from?

From public sources: job postings of the German Federal Employment Agency and the European job portal EURES (when a company hires a SOC analyst or names NIS2 in a posting, for example, we map that to the matching services) and tenders with an open deadline from the EU Official Journal (TED) and national procurement portals worldwide. As of 6 November 2026: 2,872 company projects in 16 countries and 889 tenders.

Why are company names not shown?

Projects are shown anonymously in public. We share the company name, buyer and source only with providers who fit the project.

How do I find the right security provider as a company?

Describe your project in the contact form. We get back to you with providers who match the service, region and regulation (such as NIS2 or KRITIS).

How do I get access to projects as a service provider?

Tell us your services, certifications and regions via the contact form. We review your details and get in touch as soon as matching projects are available.

    Which services does CONTENTUM.COM cover?

Twelve service areas: Managed SOC (24/7), Cloud security, IT security services, First response (emergency), Incident response & forensics, Managed ransomware resilience, Managed NDR, Managed EDR / XDR, Managed vulnerability assessment, Digital infrastructure, Infrastructure consolidation, IP network & SD-WAN.

    Which countries have projects?

49 countries, mainly Germany (2,613), Poland (170), France (147), Sweden (115), Spain (109). In Germany there are open projects in 16 of 16 states, most of them in North Rhine-Westphalia (540), Bavaria (458), Baden-Württemberg (374).

    Is CONTENTUM.COM an emergency service?

No. During an active attack, trigger your own emergency plan and an incident response provider first. CONTENTUM.COM helps you find first-response and incident-response providers so you are prepared before it happens.
